Solo, small firm lawyers discuss their settlements

As Armando Palomares drove north on Cicero Avenue, he approached 19th Street and intended to turn left at the green light.He pulled into the intersection and waited for oncoming traffic to clear. The light changed to yellow, and he waited. The light changed to red, and he began to turn. A Chicago Transit Authority bus heading south on Cicero Avenue continued through the intersection, plowing into his car.
