University of Illinois College of Law students prepared for a class on the law school’s campus.
University of Illinois College of Law professor John Colombo (second from the right) testified before the U.S. House Committee on Ways and Means. He testified twice before the committee, providing overviews of the legal rules for tax exemption under Section 501 of the Internal Revenue Code and the rules for exemption of nonprofit hospitals.
