On slinging mud

Recent disciplinary orders entered by the Illinois Supreme Court involved lawyers who were found to have made false allegations about the conduct of opposing counsels.In In re Montgomery, 14 PR 101, M.R.27443 (Sept. 21, 2015), an attorney who represented tenants in litigation with the landlord was suspended from the practice of law for eight months and until further order of the court.
